Dear... Eating Disorders
Where did you come from? One day I’m fine, the next I’m starving myself to make me feel better. I can’t go a day without making a mental list of all the things that I’ve eaten that day, and then making a note that I’m not allowed to eat anything for the rest of the day. I’m sick and tired of it. That’s all.
