Dear... All People Who Suffer From Depression Or Anxiety
I am about to turn 18 in a few weeks and I suffer with anxiety.
My everyday is horrible and I feel something wrong is going to happen to me. I never knew anxiety and depression was something serious until I felt it on my own.
I want to say congratulations to the people who win this battle and keep fighting, if you are still battling.
For me, I am in the stage of still battling my anxiety.
I never enjoy a single moment of my life when I am hit with anxiety. But I keep the smile on my face that one day I could win this battle.
