Ahead of the official launch of Letters Anonymous in Autumn 2018, we are running a competition for those who submit letters to be published on the site. Letters submitted should be on the following theme: BECAUSE OF YOU. 

Your letter can be written to a person (living or dead), or something more abstract such as your self-doubt, the rain clouds or the next generation. It can be a love letter or a letter of regret, remorse or gratitude. It could be a letter of longing, loss or anticipation. If there's something you've always wanted to say, write a letter. 

THE PRIZE: A £50 Amazon gift card (or equivalent currency if you are from outside the UK.) 

DEADLINE: 29th April 2018

PLEASE NOTE: In order to be considered for the competition, entries must include an email address or phone number in order for us to award you the prize. This information will not be shared and is for the purposes of contacting the competition winner only. 

RULES: The theme can be interpreted however you wish. There is no word limit but entries are advised to be around 500 words in length. There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit. By submitting your letter you consent to it being published by Letters Anonymous. The winner will be selected within 2 weeks of the competition deadline. 

HOW WILL IT BE JUDGED? The winner will be selected by the Letters Anonymous team based on editorial quality and relevance to the theme.
